5 Year old single cask whisky of only 296 bottles. This whisky has been aged firstly in an ex-bourbon and then finished in an ex-maple syrup cask.

Nose: Rich toffee, warm baking spices & toasted maple. Taste: Oaty biscuit, dried fruit & caramelised brandy snaps. Finish: Delicate spiced oak & lingering mellow sweetness.

Non-chill filtered and no added colour.
