Brewery Tours

We run brewery tours by arrangement for groups of between 15 and 45 people.

We generally start them at 7.00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and they last two hours. There is a bar in the brewery and on arrival guests are offered a pint of beer (at least 2 or 3 of our beers will be available).

We then give a tour of the brewery and a description of the process. As we are not very big this doesn’t take too long, but can be as detailed or as general as the questions you ask. Please note that we are very much a working brewery with wet, slippery floors; machinery and cleaning chemicals. As such guests must wear closed shoes and not flip flops or any open toed shoes. It can also be cold in the brewery, so warm clothing is also advised.

A light ploughman’s supper (bread, cheese and pickles) is then served and the party is welcome to continue drinking the beers. We only have Stonehouse beer available for drinking i.e. We do not have a full bar set-up, but other drinks including wine and non alcoholic beverages are available. These are not included in the tour price. If you wish to continue your evening, we can recommend several great pubs in the area.

We charge £15.00 per head, (with a minimum charge of £225 per tour) which includes all beer & food. We would need to receive payment at least seven days prior to the tour date and we can accept card payments over the phone.

We are licenced for the sale of our bottled beers and poly-pins and takeaway 2.5L jugs should any members of the group wish to make purchases to take home with them.
